Professional, Friendly, competent, probs the best agent out there.

Recently found an excellent 2 bed flat with the help of Ellis from Hurford Salvi Carr. He is very professional, friendly and responds to emails/requests promptly. I’d definitely choose them if i were looking for another place to rent again.

Another client successfully installed in my E1 flat. Jazzina and Elena, with back-up from Javier, worked well as a team to encourage the unsuitable to move on, and to find the corrrect prospectiove tenant. They then negotiated with that tenant's agency to agree sensible special clauses for the tenancy agreement.

Elena was great in helping us secure a good tenant after a somewhat difficult start to the year. She was always prompt and kept on top of progress. We were regularly updated on viewings and outcomes of each viewing. Her correspondence was always polite and professional, no matter how trying the situation might be. We are very pleased to have her as our agent.

Javier and Elena tackled the challenges of tenant change in my historic flat. The process included the redecoration of the flat, and yet was completed in only a few days, restoring this important income stream. Elena kept me fully involved in the tenant selection process and made it her first priority to match up flat and suitable tenant. I chose this Agent simply because of their new local branch; it was a successful choice.

Excellent service provided by Hurford Salvi Carr at all levels, after our a tenant was found, the process going forward was extremely professional and straightforward, there was always an offer of help from all members of staff with paperwork etc, which provided us with a smooth and efficient handover. We look forward to our continued working relationship.

I used Hurford Salvi Carr to find a tenant for my apartment. They were efficient, reliable and found me a great tenant that I am happy with. The process was seamless and they worked tirelessly to get lots of quality viewings, even at a difficult time of year. They know the area very well which is a bonus too. Would certainly recommend – especially Javier who was constantly ‘on the case

Alex and his team did an excellent job of finding good quality tenants in a somewhat slow rental market. They were regularly in touch with updates, and very efficient and organised once tenants had been found in executing the contract and the move in of the tenants. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and certainly in comparison with other agent experience in the area.

I have to say that the customer service provided by Hurford Salvi Carr has been superb. From the moment I showed interest in the property, all the way through the viewing with Michael, and up to the moment the agreement was wrapped-up with Jennie’s help. I could also see , from the landlord perspective, how thorough the referencing procedure was, in order to make sure that I was the tenant that the landlords were looking for. All in all, both as a tenant and as a landlord, I would recommend Hurford Salvi Carr to anybody. They will get you exactly what you need!
