I instructed David Yuill to market an off plan unit that had been on the books of another agent for several months with no interest. Recently, I was successful in purchasing my dream property through Sally at Hurford Salvi Carr and it could not of been a more swift and easy transaction. I first came across the property through Rightmove on a Sunday, I immediately emailed the agent to have a viewing. By the Wednesday the following week the exchange was successful completed. I really don’t think it could of been this easy without the amazing help of Sally. She was quick to respond to every email and gather any necessary documentation. There was also an incredibly personable, yet very professional touch to her service, particularly since the selling and purchasing of a home is a sensitive procedure.
