Recently found an excellent 2 bed flat with the help of Ellis from Hurford Salvi Carr. He is very professional, friendly and responds to emails/requests promptly. I’d definitely choose them if i were looking for another place to rent again.

I sold my house last year in August via Hurford Salvi Carr. Thanks to the help of their team, who are very professional in communicating and bringing serious intended viewers/buyers through doors. I am particularly impressed with Ellis and his willingness to help during the process, and after I left the property, such as helping on issues with re-directly mails, etc. Also, the fee charged by Hurford Salvi Carr is definitely one of the lowest in London yet I received the best services compared to the rest, I would recommend Hurford Salvi Carr to anyone is looking to buy or sell their property.

I chose Hurford Salvi Carr as I felt they had a good feel for the market and because my flat was priced realistically, i received an acceptable offer quite quickly. Then lockdown struck. There were a few ups and downs before reaching exchange but if I had any concerns I could contact them and get a response almost immediately and they really worked hard to get my sale over the line in these difficult times. I am now in my new home and couldn’t be happier. I feel that they helped make that possible.

Throughout our dealings with Hurford Salvi Carr, they have provided a very professional service. Ellis was proactive in showing us a flat we hadn’t noticed on the market, and Sebastian was very professional and patient when the purchase dragged on longer than it should have done for reasons outside our control. Very impressed with this company.

I have recently sold a property using the services of Hurford Salvi Carr. From Sebastian, the Sales Manager, I received very good advice, and from Ellis, who dealt with the matter on a day-to-day basis, I received an excellent service. He dealt with matters promptly, and would always be available for a discussion if I needed it. His efforts were very important in bringing the matter to a successful conclusion.

Just bought a flat with Hurford Salvi Carr as the sellers agents. They were superb throughout, very easy to contact and good at removing roadblocks. On top of that (and surprisingly in the tortuous process of buying property) they were proactive in keeping me up to date with what was going on, far more effectively than solicitors. Sebastian and Ellis were fantastic in helping secure the sale of my 1 bedroom flat on the Limehouse Basin. In fact, Sebastian was the agent who originally sold me the very same flat 7 years ago!

They know the local area inside out and were so easy to work with – always available, never rushed and always happy to answer any questions I had.

When the legals got tough (the unfortunate nature of leaseholds), they were instrumental in keeping things moving and keeping both the buyer and seller engaged. They even helped out on my forward purchase, giving the rest of the chain confidence in my buying ability.

Sebastian's years of experience really counted, particularly when things got tough. Ellis has bags of energy and tenacity and will go far in this industry.

Hurford Salvi Carr always kept me informed and always ensured the flat and tenant was well looked after regarding maintenance concerns that popped up from time to time.
