Having worked at Dexters Estate Agents in the past myself and understanding his role from the same side of the fence, Gareth has been a pleasure to engage with. He’s been very responsive and caring to us over the last 18 months ( I could name a few separate occasions but I don’t want to bore you)! He’s acted in a professional manner always and easy to engage with. Gareth quickly built a strong level of rapport with me and therefore I felt comfortable asking him questions about are tenancy agreement that I normally wouldn’t.
