We had a positive experience with Hurford Salvi Carr. Kris in particular was very responsive when arranging the viewings and helped us to get to an agreement with the landlords quickly. The deposit-taking and move in process was efficient. The only area for improvement with Hurford Salvi Carr would be the lease as the draft we received initially was not fit for purpose (e.g. it contained irrelevant and unperformable obligations and, despite the apartment being offered as furnished, there was no obligation on the landlord to maintain the furnishings) and significant negotiation was required.
