Hurford Salvi & Carr helped me buy my apartment in 2011 and have managed it ever since. I was never without a tenant throughout the period either. I have had the usual run of issues with the place related to break downs, tenants as well as a goods vehicle somehow managing to back into the downstairs wall. All of this was very ably managed by Karen Cruz who went out of her way to ensure that these things were dealt with. I relied on her for advice on what to do and best option to take. There will be a short pause whilst a family member resides but I will be straight back to Hurford Salvi & Carr, and hopefully Karen, as soon as they leave.
With all the latest landlord rules and regulations, this is not a path to travel alone. All the help and guidance we have received has been most helpful. The Hurford Salvi Carr staff are all extremely friendly and courteous. We have been with them for a long time.

I really liked the fact that everything could be done via email without having to print/sign/send documents back and forth. It was the first time I used the docusign platform and I find it very convenient
