Having completed on our property sale today (St John Street) my wife and I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience of Hurford Salvi Carr, and specifically Sally White and Lisa Mason.
Introduced to me by Marco Fugaccia, Sally has been excellent to work with throughout the sales process, concluding in her finding us a cash buyer who offered the asking price. Sally’s quick responses to all of our queries and her friendly emails and phone calls meant that the experience of finding the right buyer was smooth from start to finish. We were of course delighted to get the asking price and I put this down to both Hurford Salvi Carr’s valuation and Sally’s clearly excellent negotiating skills.
Lisa could not have been more helpful and has been a real source of strength for us: a helpful guide, a highly efficient manager and always a listening ear. Lisa made a real point of making sure we knew she was available to speak with us whenever was needed, and managed what was quite an emotional process for us with tact and diplomacy. Lisa was everything we wanted from a sales manager, and we feel lucky to have had her support throughout.
Finally I must mention Marco Fugaccia and Sam Morton. Marco was introduced to me by a mutual friend and was friendly and efficient in getting the ball rolling on our sale, and Sam offered excellent communication and – along with Sally – was essential in getting the right kind of buyers through the door.
It is a huge testament to the strength of Hurford Salvi Carr that it attracts such excellent employees, and I would not hesitate to work with the team again – or recommend them to friends.
