The delay to both exchange and completion was very irritating for me and I think frankly that it was avoidable but not in any way the fault of your firm – it seemed in fact that Cora was the only one who would bring any urgency to the transaction. The delays may well have just been down to the buyer being American and in America.

I was very happy with the Hurford Salvi Carr service. Particularly:

the photographs were excellent.

I liked having an individual agent (Cora) In charge throughout – I haven’t always had that – and I liked that she showed a lot of commitment to the job

support between agreed offer and sale completion was excellent and I’d like to praise Cora for that also.

The only negative I could have was that I expected more viewings than we got but I haven’t any actual complaint about that. I can imagine that the flat was awkwardly priced above the 4% stamp duty threshhold and that many people actually restrict their website searches to the £500000 3% limit.

Anyway, no complaints. Thanks for your help.
