Your Property Manager Dawn Williams has been my recent point of contact covering several issues. In short Dawn has been the most proactive and super responsive rep I have come across. I have several customer facing teams at CenturyLink and am always keen for customer feedback – the good the bad and the ugly! Most of all our customers value responsiveness when they have an issue. Dawn has displayed all we strive for as a business so I didn’t want this feedback to pass by.
Given COVID and the fact the flat is my weekday pad I am moving out in June. So will be end of dealing with Hurford Salvi Carr for now but overall have been highly satisfied with your services and would not hesitate in recommending Hurford Salvi Carr to others.
