A proactive efficient service run by very responsive and nice people – good market intelligence – surprised me by achieving a good letting in difficult circumstances and executing it well guiding a first time London flat owner through the process of becoming a landlord. My only niggle was that I had a different interpretation of the legal effect of a break clause and how that interrelates to the fixed term over which you pay a lettings fee as opposed to a renewal fee. Still niggles a bit tbh but I would recommend their services to any prospective landlord.
